U-Haul is looking for a Brand & Web Designer to join our team. You will design and develop brand identities and modern website layouts in Figma for a range of international clients. This role is central to our boutique agency, working directly with founders on innovative projects with significant creative freedom.
What You'll Do
- Develop brand identities, logos, and visual concepts.
- Create design assets such as illustrations, social media graphics, presentations, and icons.
- Build and maintain design systems in Figma.
- Conceptualize and design modern, user-centered websites in Figma (pure design, no programming).
- Collaborate closely with the branding and web development team.
- Optionally develop animation concepts or support smaller tasks in Webflow/Wordpress.
What We're Looking For
- Completed training or degree in graphic design, communication design, media design, or a comparable field.
- English & German language skills at a minimum of C1 level.
- At least 2–3 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- High proficiency in Figma, which is mandatory for this role.
- Demonstrated experience in branding design, including logo development, brand guidelines, and visual systems.
- A strong portfolio showcasing projects in branding and web design, with an understanding of UI/UX basics.
- A creative eye for aesthetics, typography, color, and layout.
- A structured, independent way of working and strong attention to detail.
- Current residence in Germany.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating animations or interactive concepts.
- Familiarity with collaborating on web development projects, for example in Webflow.

You'll join a small team of 1-10 employees in a dynamic, young environment with an average age of 27. The structure is flat with direct exchange with founders and the creative director, and no rigid hierarchies.
