About the Role
The Senior UI/UX Designer II will lead the design of digital products, ensuring seamless user experiences through research, prototyping, and iterative testing while aligning with business goals and technical constraints.
Responsibilities
- Develop user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the development lifecycle
- Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive interfaces
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into design iterations
- Ensure designs meet accessibility and responsiveness standards
- Present design concepts and rationale to team members and leadership
- Support front-end implementation with design specifications and assets
- Monitor emerging design trends and technologies
- Participate in design critiques and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Define user flows and information architecture for new features
- Work within agile development processes
- Balance user needs with business objectives in design solutions

- Master’s degree in design or related discipline
