Valtech, a global experience innovation company, is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to plan and lead the design process, ensuring solutions are born from a deep understanding of client challenges. You will integrate content, context, and customer journeys into your work, influence product strategy, and help shape the experiences for some of the world's most recognized brands.
What You'll Do
- Plan and lead the design process to ensure solutions directly address client challenges.
- Go beyond wireframes to integrate content, context, and customer journey into your designs.
- Plan and carry out research to inform the design process and challenge assumptions.
- Take part in UX, Discovery, and Strategy workshops.
- Work closely with the Development team from an early stage to accommodate technically feasible products.
- Collaborate with multiple international clients to refine and improve their digital experiences.
- Participate in planning, research, and design of websites and mobile apps for new clients.
- Understand requirements using user/stakeholder research, customer experience maps, personas, and user journeys.
- Conduct user testing.
- Create high and low-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.
- Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities.
- Develop expertise in technology and communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Mentor less experienced designers and contribute to team-wide best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital agencies or outsource companies.
- Experience designing websites, mobile applications, and complex digital products.
- Hands-on expertise with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Miro.
- Strong sense of visual design and typography.
- Solid experience working with and building Design Systems.
- Deep understanding of UX best practices in complex product development environments.
- Ability to run discovery workshops, user research, and usability testing.
- Ability to translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate and defend design decisions to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to move seamlessly between high-level product vision and detailed UI execution.
- Advanced English language skills (spoken and written).
