Takeda is seeking a Creative Content Manager to join our BioLife Plasma Services team. In this role, you will ideate, produce, and execute organic social media content to enhance BioLife’s reputation and drive donor engagement. You will act as a digital asset manager and collaborate closely with marketing colleagues to create compelling multimedia assets.
What You'll Do
- Ideate, produce, and execute organic social media content by visiting centers and combining phone-based tools with creative software.
- Collaborate with the social media manager and web manager to design and execute multimedia (photo/video/graphics) content for their channels.
- Enhance BioLife’s reputation across owned channels and drive donor engagement through developing compelling content—reels, videos, graphics, etc.
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to streamline workflows, optimize content creation, and enhance storytelling.
- Communicate with clients and business partners about creative assets through the entire life cycle from production through archiving.
- Act as the digital asset manager, including ingesting, curating, and archiving custom content (video/photo) from external vendors.
- Aggregate feedback and facilitate administrative and regulatory approvals efficiently.
- Find creative solutions to level-up user-generated assets.
- Design and execute templates.
- Capture content (video/photo) in centers to create a repository of assets for various uses on owned channels.
- Maintain curated collections of on-brand photography and video for stakeholder access.
- Reformat all forms of media, including video, photo, and digital for the website, email, and social.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in creative roles within a marketing department, or advertising/branding agencies, with a focus on digital content.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of internet culture.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and/or After Effects.
- Demonstrated flexibility in style and execution across a range of production styles and levels.
- Demonstrated experience interviewing people ranging from 'person on the street' to executives/experts.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- A passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Genuine commitment to tinkering and innovation, with a fail-fast approach.
- Ability to build strong relationships and interact with all levels within the organization, including staff and donors in centers.
- Strong interpersonal skills reflecting cultural awareness and sensitivity, unique ability to navigate team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, effectively manage time and meet deadlines.
- Fluency (spoken and written) in English.
Nice to Have
- Spanish proficiency a plus.

Team & Environment
This role will report to the BioLife Creative Lead. Primary interaction will be with BioLife Marketing and other BioLife team members within headquarters and plasma centers.

- Compensation: $111,800.00 - $175,670.00
Work Mode
This role operates on a hybrid schedule. Locations include Bannockburn, IL, USA and Chicago, IL.
