Coca-Cola FEMSA is hiring a Senior Traditional Sales Coordinator to lead our Commercial team. You will be responsible for managing and developing the market, implementing sales initiatives for the Coca-Cola FEMSA portfolio, and ensuring compliance with key goals for volume, coverage, and profitability in your area of operation.
What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with customer service policies, company norms, and procedures.
- Implement and guarantee adherence to the monthly activity calendar and commercial strategies.
- Conduct team development through coaching and structured feedback to foster professional growth, motivation, and engagement.
- Direct team efforts toward achieving company goals and objectives.
- Monitor team performance, accompany client visits, and identify needs to propose solutions.
- Promote integration of different processes and onboard new employees into the area.
- Monitor and correct actions implemented in the market to address deviations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to organize work and meet deadlines.
- Lead meetings to align commercial strategies.
- Manage documentation flow related to credit, registration, and asset concession.
- Conduct and monitor negotiations with clients to create partnerships and increase sales.
- Monitor control items such as product returns and incorrect deliveries to reduce non-compliance rates.
- Analyze market consumption potential, habits, and customs to propose growth actions.
- Identify new market growth opportunities, segments, and commercialization niches.
- Ensure brand disclosure and product image standards are met according to norms.
- Ensure execution of contracts with managed clients.
- Manage financial control of accounts, including contractual and extra-contractual investments.
- Develop Business Plans for key clients in the portfolio.
- Participate in and lead meetings with main clients.
What We're Looking For
- Complete higher education in Administration, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
- Valid CNH B driver's license.
Nice to Have
- Experience in commercial areas and people management.
Technical Stack
- Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office package.
Team & Environment
You will manage the Commercial team, focusing on team structure and development to drive market results.
