This role leads the design and execution of total rewards strategies that align with business goals across a distributed global team. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering insights that influence decisions on compensation, performance, and organizational structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise C-level executives and HR leaders on total rewards strategy, using data to guide decisions on pay, incentives, and workforce design
- Manage full-cycle budgeting and forecasting for headcount, operating expenses, and bonus allocations, including modeling different business scenarios
- Lead job evaluation and grading initiatives to maintain equitable, market-aligned compensation frameworks
- Develop and refine performance management systems, including goal setting, review cycles, and bonus calculations
- Deliver advanced analytics on HR efficiency, reward impact, and workforce productivity
- Collaborate with Finance and HR partners on complex compensation cases, including promotions, restructures, and retention strategies
- Oversee long-term incentive programs from design to reporting, including phantom or virtual stock plans
What You Bring
- Minimum of 5 years in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards with a focus on analytics and strategic planning
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders using data and business insight
- Strong experience in budgeting, compensation modeling, and performance cycle management
- Deep understanding of job architecture, grading systems, and market benchmarking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex analysis and modeling
Nice to Have
- Experience automating processes through HRIS, scripts, or workflow tools
- Background managing or supporting equity or long-term incentive programs
