Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Senior Technician (One Bangkok)

In this role, you will be the primary building contact for Facilities Services, responsible for equipment maintenance, team coordination, and ensuring optimal performance of building systems and contractors.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary building/department contact with Facilities Services, providing technical advice.
• Coordinate team activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing subordinate employees.
• Evaluate and verify employee performance through review of completed work.
• Diagnose and repair internal combustion engines, diesel engines, and building equipment.
• Monitor, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of contractors and sub-contractors.
• Update and maintain public utility records and report to the engineer.
• Issue fixing notes and work orders for mechanical technicians.
• Maintain detailed records for internal combustion engines, diesel engines, and building equipment.
• Perform monthly inspections and maintenance of engine systems.
• Operate daily, weekly, and monthly utility usage tracking systems.
• Report unsafe building conditions to Facilities Services, Public Safety, and/or Environmental Health & Safety.
• Use sophisticated diagnostic equipment and techniques to perform component replacements on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and air machine systems.

What We're Looking For

• 3-4 years' experience in management and high-rise building systems.
• Good leadership abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work in shifts.

Nice to Have

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a related field.

Team & Environment

You will coordinate and direct subordinate employees, taking a lead role in team management and task execution.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position located in Bangkok, Thailand.
