- Develop process visuals, data flow diagrams, and model design artifacts using tools like Visio or draw.io.
- Create compelling presentations and written materials for leadership to communicate complex modeling concepts and results.
- Support multiple concurrent initiatives, managing competing priorities and timelines while maintaining high quality.
- Manage documentation lifecycle activities including versioning, archival, and accessibility across GitHub and SharePoint.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal SharePoint pages and documentation resources.
- Leverage modern tooling, including familiarity with Python-based workflows and docs-as-code practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes, templates, standards, and adoption.
- Support Agile ways of working with iterative documentation updates aligned to sprint-based delivery.

- Demonstrated experience writing technical documentation for analytical, actuarial, data science, or statistical modeling assets.
- Experience documenting models across the full model lifecycle, from development through implementation and monitoring.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with Markdown, modern development environments, and documentation workflows.
- Comfort reviewing Python code and collaborating closely with data scientists and engineers.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
