Autify, Inc. is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer specializing in on-premise solutions. You will join the Customer Success - Technical Support department in this full-time remote position.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for Autify's on-premise software solutions
- Act as a primary technical point of contact for customers with on-premise installations
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues related to deployment, performance, and integration
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for on-premise environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate, track, and resolve product defects
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a technical support or systems engineering role with a focus on on-premise enterprise software
- Strong background in troubleshooting complex software, network, and infrastructure issues
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical customers
- Experience with logging, monitoring, and diagnostic tools for on-premise environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to issue resolution
Work Mode
This is a full-time remote position based in Tokyo. The role operates within standard business hours for the Japan time zone.
