Cribl is hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer based in Poland to provide enterprise-level technical support to our customers and partners. You will develop deep expertise in our products, ensure customer success through proactive engagement, and work within a remote-first, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop a deep technical understanding of Cribl Stream and our other products.
- Provide extraordinary technical support to our Enterprise customers across channels like Slack, email, and online meetings.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Follow standard procedures for reproducibility and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers, set achievable expectations, and ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
- Document knowledge through knowledge base articles and participate in real-time forums.
- Perform stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- BS degree in Computer Science or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years' experience supporting enterprise customers or working hands-on with distributed systems.
- Passion for working on complex technical issues.
- Expert-level troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Linux, AWS, Azure, and Networking.
- You currently live in Poland.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Splunk, Elasticsearch, LogStash and/or other observability technologies.
- Regex and JavaScript experience.
