About the Role

Caris Life Sciences is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Engineering Recruiting team. You will be responsible for identifying, screening, and hiring qualified candidates aligned with our mission, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and building a diverse pipeline of technical talent.

What You'll Do

  • Lead strategy and kickoff meetings with hiring managers, leveraging data to influence role requirements and timelines.
  • Design and execute candidate experience strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles, coaching hiring managers on engagement best practices.
  • Champion recruiting processes and ensure accuracy of data in systems for reliable reporting and compliance.
  • Proactively plan risk and nurture strategy reviews, facilitating regular pipeline and hiring update meetings.
  • Utilize mastery of negotiation techniques using knowledge of candidate motivators to influence decision making.
  • Monitor and track progress against agreed-upon core delivery metrics and goals to meet business hiring demand.
  • Influence and advise hiring managers and interview teams to build a skills-based and inclusive hiring process.
  • Proactively leverage market data and insights to attract top talent and inform talent strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and play a key role in change efforts, modeling best behaviors and guiding hiring managers.
  • Evaluate and introduce artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to optimize team workflows and improve data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead team participation in Customer Zero initiatives, synthesize feedback, and partner with product teams to validate solutions.
  • Actively seek coaching and mentoring opportunities, focusing on a growth mindset and providing informal guidance to junior team members.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, sourcing, or a related field.
  • OR a Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND a minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, sourcing, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • 3+ years of experience using HR Systems.
  • 3+ years of experience in a client facing role.
  • 3+ years of experience in function-specific recruiting.

You will join the Engineering Recruiting team.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Total compensation range: $116,000 to $189,000 annually.
  • Annual performance bonus.
  • Stock awards.
  • Other applicable incentive compensation plans.

Work Mode

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and is open to candidates in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York, or those working remotely.
