Responsibilities
- Engage in knowledge transfer sessions with the project implementation team for the SAP MM component
- Provide ongoing support for the Procure-to-Pay process within SAP S/4Hana live systems
- Apply foundational ABAP understanding to assist in resolving production incidents and service requests via ServiceNow
- Collaborate with functional experts from related SAP modules such as SD and MM to troubleshoot integrated business processes
- Adjust SAP configurations to meet evolving business needs
- Develop functional documentation for RICEFW components and guide ABAP developers during custom development
- Conduct unit and integrated end-to-end testing across multiple business use cases
- Address system defects and engage development resources when necessary
- Join incident review meetings with stakeholders and provide timely updates on support activities
- Maintain compliance with defined support service level agreements
