transcosmos (TCIS) is seeking an SAP MM Functional Consultant to support our Procure to Pay module within the SAP S/4HANA production environment. You will be responsible for ensuring stable operations through incident resolution, configuration, and coordination, adhering to agreed support SLAs.
What You'll Do
- Participate in Knowledge Transition activities from the Project Implementation Partner for the SAP MM module.
- Support the P2P module in the SAP S/4 HANA production environment.
- Resolve Incident Tickets and Service Requests logged in ServiceNow.
- Coordinate with Functional Consultants from other SAP modules to debug End-to-End Process issues.
- Configure SAP to address business requirements.
- Create Functional Specifications for RICEFW and coordinate development with ABAP developers.
- Perform Unit Testing and End-to-end testing for various business scenarios.
- Work on defect resolution, involving the ABAP team as required.
- Participate in incident review calls with Business users and IT to provide status updates.
- Ensure adherence to Support SLAs agreed with the customer.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 8 years of experience supporting SAP MM.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting the SAP S/4 HANA platform.
- Implementation experience with SAP on S/4 HANA.
- Additional exposure to the SAP FICO module.
