About the Role
The company seeks a contract Senior Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for technical positions, with flexibility to support non-technical roles. The individual will work closely with hiring teams to align talent strategies with business needs, ensure strong candidate engagement, and operate independently in a dynamic, complex industry environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of positions across technical and non-technical domains.
- Collaborate with hiring leads to clarify job criteria, define ideal candidate attributes, and refine roles based on market feedback.
- Design and implement targeted sourcing plans to identify talent for challenging-to-fill positions.
- Oversee interview coordination, candidate communication, and post-interview discussions to support hiring decisions.
- Deliver prompt, constructive feedback to applicants and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a high-quality, consistent experience for candidates from initial outreach through offer stage.
