Renew Home is looking for a contract Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for technical roles, with the ability to stretch into non-technical positions. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to drive recruitment for key positions and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
What You'll Do
- Own full life cycle recruiting across a wide range of roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and make adjustments as you learn how the talent marketplace aligns to our vision.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles, both technical and non-technical.
- Manage scheduling, communications, and candidate updates throughout the interview lifecycle, including facilitating debriefs and decision-making conversations.
- Provide timely feedback and guidance to candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience from first contact to close.
Work Mode
This is a 3-month contract, fully remote position open to candidates based in the US.
