From Day One, Inc. is hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to help build the next generation of digital products that power our conference and media business. You'll work directly with the founder and a team of developers to scope, plan, and ship tools ranging from AI-driven registration analysis to public-facing digital experiences.
What You'll Do
- Own the sprint process for developers — standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Write clear requirements and specifications that developers can build from
- Define QA acceptance criteria and coordinate testing before releases
- Manage status boards and keep stakeholders informed on progress, blockers, and timelines
- Work closely with the founder to prioritize the product roadmap and translate business goals into technical projects
- Coordinate integrations with platforms like Salesforce and Airtable
- Provide all-purpose technical support across the organization — evaluating new software, troubleshooting integrations, and helping the team get the most out of our tools
- Communicate across the organization to gather input, manage expectations, and ensure smooth rollouts
