Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle execution of large scope-based data platforms and cloud migration projects, from start to completion.
- Serve as a technical liaison between engineering teams and client stakeholders to align on project scope, schedules, and quality standards.
- Ensure technical prerequisites are met, including environment access, data ingestion configuration, CDC analysis, SLA setup, and validation procedures.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders, manage risks, resolve issues, and secure approvals at key project milestones.
- Guide cross-functional engineering teams through effective prioritization, performance oversight, and governance practices.
- Take ownership of project finances, including budget forecasting, cost monitoring, invoice approvals, and managing scope changes.
- Produce and deliver regular project status updates that detail progress, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.
- Assist pre-sales efforts by providing input on cost estimates, delivery approaches, and planning for subsequent project phases.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to help identify, hire, and integrate specialized technical talent.
