1Password is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager, Platform Migration

1Password is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic programs that advance our Tech organization’s ways of working. You will be responsible for high-impact initiatives like our project management platform migration, developing scalable best practices, and creating leadership reporting systems.

What You'll Do

• Own and lead high-impact, high-complexity, or ambiguous initiatives.
• Identify systemic challenges and build simple, scalable processes and solutions.
• Foster cross-functional relationships between Product, Design, and Tech teams to deliver high-quality, reliable apps and services.
• Lead team and cross-departmental planning, roadmapping, and meetings.
• Become deeply familiar with our full technical stack to facilitate complex technical conversations.
• Keep security and privacy front of mind in all aspects of your work.
• Partner with other Technical Program Managers in the tech organization.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of technical program management experience.
• Accomplished leader with experience migrating organizations to program management platforms built for scale, including end-to-end Jira migrations.
• Capable of analyzing and synthesizing requirements and objectives, exercising judgment, and devising solutions with limited information.
• Hands-on experience configuring Jira workflows, issues, and processes.
• Deep focus on execution, follow-through, and ownership.
• Excellent communicator with experience presenting to senior leaders and representing program parameters to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Accomplished at fostering cross-functional relationships and influencing alignment to drive clarity, ownership, and outcomes.
• A profound respect for user privacy and information security.
• You ask lots of questions, learn from any failures, and continually stretch yourself.

Nice to Have

• Additional experience in analytics, infrastructure, product engineering, data engineering, or quality.

The TPM team at 1Password acts as a force multiplier for the Tech organization by driving cross-functional, technical initiatives. The TPM org supports programs across all of Tech, including Engineering, Security, DevOps, and IT.

• Compensation: USA: $138,000 USD - $186,000 USD; Canada: $116,000 CAD - $156,000 CAD + an equity grant.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates in Canada and the US.
