Aledade is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (DevOps) to own and drive complex, high-impact programs within our technology organization. You will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, ensuring our DevOps practices enable reliable and scalable services.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technical programs within the DevOps domain
- Define program scope, goals, success metrics, and roadmaps in collaboration with engineering and product leadership
- Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and blockers, proactively driving mitigation strategies
- Facilitate clear communication and alignment across distributed, cross-functional teams
- Establish and improve program management processes and best practices for the DevOps organization
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on software engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex programs from conception to delivery
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and consensus-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
