Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead engineer for the AI team, guiding developers and resolving advanced technical obstacles.
- Define best practices for AI development, including agent design, performance assessment, monitoring, and system lifecycle.
- Maintain architectural consistency across AI projects while supporting agile experimentation.
- Design and build AI agents powered by large language models, including tool integration and multi-phase reasoning systems.
- Develop and refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems using vector databases and internal enterprise data.
- Ensure AI workflows are reliable, observable, cost-effective, and built for large-scale operations.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to build scalable AI platforms across major cloud providers.
- Enforce compliance with data security policies, privacy regulations, and ethical AI guidelines.
