That's No Moon Entertainment is hiring a Senior Technical Game Designer to create systems, mechanics, and pipelines for next-generation gameplay and storytelling. You will focus on innovation, agency, quality, and fidelity, working within a team of experienced developers.
What You'll Do
- Create new mechanics, systems, event scripting, and interactive objects.
- Design, prototype, and implement gameplay systems from the ground up, while extending and iterating on existing systems.
- Work with engineering, animation, and design teams to implement content, solve workflow issues, and create content pipelines.
- Prototype and execute your own vision.
- Communicate your vision clearly and visually to Directors and the team.
- Take ownership of your content and be responsible for features through to shipping.
- Work with producers to plan out and prioritize your development schedule.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive knowledge of Unreal Engine and Blueprints.
- Experience with text based scripting and programming languages such as XML, PERL, or C++.
- Knowledge of and interest in the type of game we are making.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of art packages such as Maya, Max, and the Adobe Suite.

- Compensation range of $125,000 - $165,000 plus equity eligibility.
