EX Squared is hiring a Senior Tech Lead to provide technical leadership and strategic direction for our projects. You will be responsible for guiding technical decisions and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead technical architecture and design decisions
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering teams
- Drive best practices in software development and code quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Own the technical roadmap for key project initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar senior technical leadership role
- Strong background in software architecture and system design
- Ability to make strategic technical decisions and communicate them effectively
- Experience leading technical projects from conception through delivery
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
