About the Role
This role is responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition, building strong candidate relationships, and advising hiring teams on best practices to ensure a consistent and effective hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialized roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews
- Advocate for candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Ensure alignment between open roles and organizational goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
- Provide market intelligence on talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
- Coach internal teams on inclusive interviewing techniques
- Evaluate and refine recruitment processes for efficiency
- Build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Manage competing priorities across multiple departments
- Drive employer branding efforts to attract passive candidates
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding integration
- Monitor key hiring metrics and report on performance
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Foster long-term relationships with talent communities
- Advise on job architecture and leveling frameworks
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development or related area
- Certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
- Experience in remote-first companies
