As a Senior System / Business Analyst, you'll play a central role in defining and refining the technical foundation of our core products. You'll work at the intersection of business and engineering, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable documentation that drives development forward with minimal ambiguity.
What You'll Do
- Convert business and product goals into structured, detailed technical specifications for web-based platforms
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and leadership to ensure alignment and completeness
- Identify gaps, edge cases, and logical inconsistencies in proposed features before development begins
- Lead the creation and continuous improvement of documentation standards across the R&D function
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to high-level technical decisions
- Streamline approval workflows by delivering precise, well-organized documentation that reduces back-and-forth
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in a System Analyst or similar role
- Formal background in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Deep familiarity with web application architecture and microservices design
- Proven ability to independently extract, structure, and formalize requirements from stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on precision and clarity
- Effective communication style, especially in cross-functional settings
- Fluency in Russian, as all documentation is maintained in this language
- Must be available during European time zones
