NVIDIA is looking for a Senior System and Scheduling Architect – GPU to design the next-generation GPU system interface. You will architect features, create models, and support validation, impacting our product lines from consumer graphics to self-driving cars as part of a dynamic, technology-focused company pushing the frontiers of what is possible.
What You'll Do
- Understand how GPU sub-system modules interoperate and interact with the overall system.
- Architect and plan features in concert with software, hardware, and verification teams globally to implement the next iteration of GPUs.
- Create functional and performance models, often in C++, along with test plans to validate designed features.
- Actively support post-silicon validation activities.
What We're Looking For
- BS or MS in Compute Architecture, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related degree, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of meaningful work experience.
- Work experience coding in C or C++.
- Course work or industry experience in Computer Architecture, Operating systems, and/or system architecture.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of memory isolation and security, firmware, process scheduling, OpenGL, DX, CUDA, DL/ML, PCIe, AXI, NVLink, and/or CXL.
- Knowledge of Perl or Python.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation ranges from $184,000 - $287,500 USD for Level 4, and $224,000 - $356,500 USD for Level 5.
