Responsibilities
- Handle everything from setup and licensing to migration, mail flow, and post-move optimization for the new Microsoft 365 tenant.
- Work with Intune, Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, conditional access, and other tools to keep things secure, efficient, and user-friendly.
- Ensure devices are enrolled, secure, and compliant — supporting hybrid teams across multiple countries.
- Work closely with security, infra, and application teams to troubleshoot and improve the overall experience.
- Create structure where it’s missing, improve what exists, and help drive consistency in policies and processes.
- Functionally manage a Junior Workspace Manager and align with local contacts globally on workplace logistics.
- Use PowerShell scripting to reduce manual work and support users in adopting new workflows.
- Help shape how we approach the digital workplace — not just follow what's already there.
Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 — including Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Endpoint Manager, and device and identity management.
- Comfortable managing and supporting users across Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
- Use PowerShell to automate, configure, and streamline where possible — always looking for ways to remove repetitive tasks.
- Understand how to keep environments secure without making things harder than they need to be — MFA, conditional access, compliance settings, and DLP are part of your toolkit.
- Have worked across locations, managed tasks with remote contacts, and know how to steer others — even if they don’t report to you directly.
- Confident guiding a junior team member.
- Do not wait for clarity — you help create it. You bring structure to complexity and take initiative without needing constant direction.
- Can explain your technical decisions clearly and involve others along the way — whether it’s a peer, stakeholder, or end-user.
- Based in the Netherlands (Rotterdam area) and available to be onsite 3 days a week.
