i3D.net is hiring a Senior System Administrator – Digital Workspace to lead our technical transition to a new Microsoft 365 tenant and own the full digital workplace experience. You’ll have real impact building a foundational environment for our global hybrid teams, with the freedom to improve and make decisions that stick.
What You'll Do
- Lead the tenant rollout, including setup, licensing, migration, mail flow, and post-move optimization.
- Manage and improve the digital workplace experience using Intune, Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, conditional access, and related tools.
- Ensure devices are enrolled, secure, and compliant for hybrid teams across multiple countries.
- Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to troubleshoot and improve the overall user experience.
- Create structure, improve existing processes, and drive consistency through policy and process design.
- Functionally manage a Junior Workspace Manager and align with local contacts globally on workplace logistics.
- Use PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and reduce manual work.
- Support users in adopting new workflows and help shape the digital workplace strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Endpoint Manager, and device and identity management.
- Comfortable managing and supporting users across Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
- Proficient in using PowerShell to automate, configure, and streamline tasks.
- Understands how to keep environments secure using MFA, conditional access, compliance settings, and DLP.
- Experience working across locations, managing tasks with remote contacts, and steering others who don't report directly to you.
- Proactive and structured, able to create clarity, set up processes, and take initiative without constant direction.
- Ability to explain technical decisions clearly to peers, stakeholders, and end-users.
- Based in the Netherlands (Rotterdam area) and willing to be onsite 3 days a week.
