TISTA Science and Technology Corporation is hiring a Senior System Administrator to modernize and stabilize enterprise IT environments supporting federal healthcare systems. You will apply deep ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) expertise to ensure the reliability of large-scale platforms that directly impact government service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Administer and optimize ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Manage integrations across cloud and on-prem environments, including AWS, Azure, SCCM, vCenter, and SolarWinds.
• Configure MID Servers, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Maintain CMDB data quality, reconciliation rules, and lifecycle governance.
• Support ITIL-aligned operational processes for Incident, Change, Configuration, Asset, and Problem management.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to automate workflows and improve system visibility.
• Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of System Administration experience, with at least 2+ years focused on ServiceNow ITOM.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Strong hands-on experience with CMDB, integrations, and REST/SOAP APIs and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with ITIL v4 practices.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent plus 5 years of experience. Alternatively, eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow CIS certification in ITOM or CMDB.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Federal IT experience.
• Experience with automation tooling like Ansible, PowerShell, or Jenkins.
