Shape the future of marketing in commercial real estate by leading a national platform that unifies strategy, technology, and execution. In this senior role, you’ll align marketing initiatives with business development goals across multiple markets, ensuring consistent, high-impact results.

Strategic Leadership & Platform Integration

Act as the central force connecting local markets with national resources, guiding teams to adopt standardized workflows, brand practices, and performance-driven marketing systems. You’ll shift focus from manual execution to strategic orchestration, enabling local marketers to lead through scalable tools and automation.

Performance & Innovation

  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows and marketing automation to increase efficiency and reduce redundant efforts.
  • Partner with brokers and business leaders to refine pursuit strategies, enhance pitch quality, and strengthen client engagement.
  • Integrate data, intent signals, and insights into marketing and sales processes to support targeting and pipeline growth.
  • Oversee go-to-market strategies for property marketing, ensuring compelling storytelling, asset differentiation, and alignment with market dynamics.
  • Lead public relations initiatives and event strategies that deepen client relationships and amplify visibility.

Team Development & Operational Excellence

Coach regional marketing teams to elevate strategic thinking and execution quality. Promote collaboration, eliminate duplication, and ensure full use of platform capabilities. Establish KPIs tied to lead generation, broker productivity, and marketing ROI, then use performance insights to refine approaches.

Technology & Process Optimization

Work closely with Marketing Operations to improve tools and workflows. Champion platforms including CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and AI-powered systems to enhance prospecting, client outreach, and campaign performance. Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovations that keep marketing at the forefront of the sector.
