About the Role
This role involves leading product design within a core team, focusing on a diverse set of features including request management, workflow automation, reporting, sourcing, and financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic input on product features and long-term roadmap planning
- Create simple, intuitive interfaces for intricate user workflows
- Take full ownership of the user experience within a designated product domain
- Work closely with product and customer-facing teams to understand user needs and develop meaningful design solutions
- Rapidly refine and improve designs based on direct user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to conceptualize and build new features
- Engage in routine design critiques to incorporate feedback from the broader design team
