Nagarro is hiring a Senior Staff Consultant - Business Analysis to join our team. In this role, you will specialize in analyzing and implementing solutions for Colombian tax and statutory regulations within ERP systems. You will work within our dynamic and non-hierarchical culture to ensure compliance through technical design and extension.
What You'll Do
- Analyze Colombian tax and statutory regulations
- Perform gap analysis between standard ERP functionality and Colombia compliance needs
- Design country-specific extensions where standard ERP does not meet compliance
- Design and develop extensions where required, including:
- Custom tax calculation logic (IVA, Withholding Tax, ICA, etc.)
- Electronic invoicing generation and integration
- UBL 2.1 XML generation and validation
- Digital signature integration
- DIAN API integration
- Statutory and tax reporting (VAT, ICA, Exógena, withholding certificates)
What We're Looking For
- Expert knowledge of Colombian taxation and localization requirements
- Proven experience with electronic invoicing generation and integration
- Experience designing statutory and tax reporting solutions
- Hands-on ERP configuration experience
