NICE is looking for a Senior Specialist Software Engineer to serve as a technical expert and leader. In this role, you will manage critical situations, collaborate across functions, and ensure the smooth operation of our products while guiding and mentoring team members.

What You'll Do

Technically lead the team and drive technical discussions with stakeholders.
Act as the technical escalation point for your domain.
Deliver client issue reviews, troubleshooting, and provide accurate technical guidance.
Ensure successful installation, configuration, and customization of client solutions.
Reproduce client environments to investigate issues and validate solutions.
Review, test, and approve software configurations and customizations.
Lead grooming sessions, drive KPIs, and support continuous improvement.
Perform technical root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to documentation accuracy.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of software development or consulting experience.
Experience managing product or application support teams.
Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and technical leadership.
Fluency in English.
Experience as a Team Lead or Scrum Master.
Proficiency in Java and Linux administration.
Experience resolving performance issues.
Exposure to customer support environments.
Technical debugging, coding, and scripting skills.
Strong knowledge of OOPS and Java (mandatory).
Experience with enterprise application stacks.
Client-facing production support experience.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

Scala or functional programming experience.
