Take a key role on a new platform team focused on enabling communication and experimentation at scale. You'll design and deploy backend systems that support features reaching millions, working across the full development lifecycle from concept to monitoring in production.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement reusable platform services that support marketing campaigns and product experiments
- Collaborate with engineers to solve challenges in distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Deploy and monitor services that deliver timely, relevant communications to a global audience
- Contribute to foundational infrastructure that other teams rely on across the organization
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience building backend systems or services
- Strong programming skills in at least one of: Java, Scala, Python, Go, or similar
- Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, or distributed data stores
- Proven ability to ask insightful questions and tackle unfamiliar technical problems
- Clear communicator who values collaboration and actively seeks input from peers
