About the Role

Altisource is hiring a Senior Specialist, People Solutions to lead HR initiatives within our People Solutions team. This role balances execution-focused hiring with strategic people partnering, requiring you to manage end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and own critical HRBP responsibilities across the employee lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, role priorities, and talent strategy.
  • Lead end-to-end hiring for across levels within multiple business units.
  • Build strong, future-ready talent pipelines aligned to business goals.
  • Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, social platforms, and market mapping.
  • Mentor and guide recruiters, ensuring quality hiring and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Manage strategy, negotiations, and closures in line with compensation frameworks.
  • Continuously improve the hiring processes through insights, metrics, and best practices.
  • Provide market intelligence and advisory support on talent availability, role design, and compensation trends.
  • Influence hiring decisions through data, insights, and consultative discussions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and early employee experience.
  • Manage exits and immediate terminations.
  • Handle asset management processes in a remote environment.
  • Collaborate with HR ops on tasks related to attendance.
  • Manage the employee life cycle end-to-end.
  • Drive process improvements across hiring, onboarding, and exit workflows.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in any ITeS or GCC setups.
  • Strong experience in hiring and stakeholder-facing roles.
  • Comfortable switching between strategic conversations and hands-on execution.
  • Confident advisor with strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Experienced in leading or mentoring teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Tech-savvy with expertise in sourcing tools, job portals, and MS Office.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in US mortgage hiring (in-house or search firm).

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements. Job Description: Key Responsibilities:* Oversee preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures. * Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal control requirements. * Lead technical accounting research and implementation of new standards. * Manage financial consolidation and reporting processes across multiple entities. * Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. * Maintain SOX compliance and strengthen internal control frameworks. * Provide financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-making. * Mentor and develop the financial reporting team. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. * CPA required; additional certifications (CMA, CIA) a plus. 3–5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting, including SEC reporting and public accounting.* Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. * Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. * Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems. Preferred Attributes:* Experience with IFRS and international reporting standards. * Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls. * Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
