Join PORR Group, a leader in the construction industry, as a Senior Specialist for Development and Training. In this role, you will be central to shaping our workforce’s growth by identifying needs, designing effective programs, and fostering a culture of continuous development within our international organization.
What You'll Do
- Identifying development needs of employees and teams.
- Designing training and development programs based on employee requests, corporate programs, market trends, and best practices.
- Managing training and development activities in the Success Factors system.
- Cooperating with external suppliers and internal trainers.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of development activities and recommending improvements.
- Supporting the recruitment team in candidate assessments – designing assessment tools, analyzing results, and providing developmental recommendations.
- Participating in L&D projects such as onboarding, talent programs, and leadership development.
- Promoting a culture of development and communicating training activities within the organization.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in HR, L&D, or a related area.
- Experience in designing development activities based on data and business needs.
- Ability to communicate clearly and engagingly with both employees and managers.
- Strong project and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of English enabling work in an international environment.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of training platforms; familiarity with the Success Factors system is welcome.
