About the Role

The Senior Solutions Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions tailored to the needs of commercial clients. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative cloud services, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable and secure cloud solutions for commercial clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients during the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Work with the product team to provide feedback on new features and improvements.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to clients.
  • Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials.
  • Provide input on pricing and packaging strategies for commercial solutions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and implement security protocols to protect client data.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Participate in the development of new service offerings and product roadmaps.
  • Provide technical support during client onboarding and implementation phases.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of common technical issues and solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits of client environments to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Provide input on the development of technical training programs for new hires.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Provide technical support during client escalations and incidents.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client contracts and service level agreements.
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and partners.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in cloud computing or related technologies.
