Responsibilities
- Deliver customized tutoring sessions for USMLE Steps 1, 2CK, and 3
- Assess student strengths and weaknesses in medical knowledge
- Develop individualized study plans aligned with exam timelines
- Explain complex medical concepts in accessible ways
- Monitor student progress through regular evaluations
- Adjust teaching strategies based on performance feedback
- Support test-taking technique development
- Review practice exam results with students
- Reinforce foundational science principles
- Promote confidence in clinical reasoning skills
- Maintain punctuality and consistency in scheduled sessions
- Communicate student progress to program coordinators
- Utilize digital tools for virtual instruction
- Stay current with USMLE content changes
- Encourage effective time management habits
- Foster a supportive learning environment
- Address student concerns promptly
- Uphold academic integrity standards
- Prepare session summaries and follow-up materials
- Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to professional conduct guidelines
- Respond to student inquiries within 24 hours
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring activities
- Contribute to resource development for learners
- Support students across different time zones
