Responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical contact for integration partners, guiding architecture and implementation while resolving issues across codebases.
- Diagnose and resolve blockers in testing, deployment, and production environments, identifying root causes and systemic fixes.
- Transform custom integration solutions into reusable templates and standardized playbooks to improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain production-grade code to support integration and debugging workflows.
- Design scalable support processes that prevent linear growth in support demands as the platform expands.
- Automate repetitive debugging tasks and enhance internal tooling to reduce manual intervention.
- Enhance support infrastructure including ticketing systems, triage protocols, and diagnostic tools.
- Convert frequently asked questions into self-serve resources, documentation, or automated workflows.
- Increase operational velocity for product, engineering, and go-to-market teams through systemic improvements.
- Ensure repeated manual efforts are replaced with sustainable systems that reduce friction across teams.
- Gather and structure technical feedback from partners to inform product development and roadmap decisions.
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships with high-growth integration partners.
- Communicate technical value clearly to stakeholder audiences during partnership discussions.
- Ensure key partners receive proactive and prioritized technical support based on strategic impact.
- Enhance developer experience by refining documentation and streamlining integration pathways.
- Create and maintain example implementations and reference repositories for public use.
- Improve visibility and accessibility of technical resources within developer communities.
- Ensure platform tools are intuitive, well-documented, and ready for production use.
- Prioritize building robust solutions before promoting them externally.
- Maintain a hands-on coding role with direct contributions to integration and debugging efforts.
