What You'll Do
Lead the design and implementation of key features across the full stack, from frontend interfaces to backend systems. You'll take ownership of complex projects involving automation, payments, and intelligent communication tools, ensuring they are delivered with precision and scalability. Work closely with product and design to shape technical direction and deliver solutions that directly impact customer outcomes.
Ship code to production every day with a focus on clarity, maintainability, and performance. Engage in thoughtful code reviews, offering constructive input and learning from peers. Diagnose and resolve challenging technical issues, and contribute to evolving development practices, coding standards, and deployment workflows. Stay engaged with emerging technologies and help guide their thoughtful adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in software engineering roles
- Strong command of TypeScript, React, and SQL
- Commitment to writing simple, well-tested code
- Ability to balance speed and quality through effective prioritization
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to give and receive feedback
- Thrives in a startup setting with high autonomy and accountability
- Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Located in Paris or aligned with Paris time zone
