The Senior Solutions Engineer is a critical go-to-market team member, collaborating closely with sales and solutions organizations to drive revenue and customer adoption. They're responsible for technical wins, product fit, and leading pre-sales technical relationships. This role demands a highly technical product expert who's also an exceptional relationship builder. Candidates must be comfortable engaging with CTOs, demonstrating product architecture, overcoming technical objections, and translating complex concepts into compelling business value. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about interfacing with engineers, product managers, and technical leaders while advocating for customer interests through product development, technical content creation, and cross-company initiatives.
