LivePerson is hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant to play a pivotal role supporting our largest strategic accounts and new business initiatives. This hybrid role blends architectural design with sales, requiring you to work closely with sales teams and directly with customers to achieve revenue targets.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic consulting as a subject matter expert and thought leader to help transform current and prospective customers.
- Support partner sales by collaborating closely with partners to drive sales efforts and taking ownership of the partner relationship.
- Architect and deliver sophisticated demonstrations around LivePerson's core platforms and key partner technologies.
- Develop sales strategies with sales teams to win opportunities, architecting new and custom solutions.
- Provide technical and industry expertise across various business units within LivePerson.
- Understand and relay competitive intelligence information, adhering to ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate on responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFTs, etc., and occasionally mentor new team members.
- Train Sales and Delivery teams on solutions and support customer conferences as a demo runner or speaker.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years in Solution Consulting/Pre-Sales Engineering with a track record in large enterprise deals.
- Exceptional public speaking and written communication abilities.
- Strong general tech skills, familiarity with OS, office suites, video/photo editing software, and the latest tech developments.
- BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, AI, or related fields (self-taught and boot camp experiences also valued).
Nice to Have
- Product Management experience.
- Experience with web, martech, mobile apps, contact centers, voice technology, and AI technologies.
- Proficiency in IVR technologies, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, API concepts, UML diagramming, Agile development workflows, Conversational AI, and cloud infrastructure.
- GCP or AWS certification.
