What You'll Do
Shape end-to-end solution strategies for large-scale opportunities exceeding $1M, translating client objectives into actionable, technically robust architectures. Use collaborative design tools to visualize solutions and lead discovery sessions that clarify success criteria for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Develop persuasive proposals, presentations, and pricing models that clearly articulate value, risk, and return. Seamlessly shift between executive-level business outcomes and technical delivery details, ensuring alignment across cloud, security, infrastructure, and AI domains.
Own the solution narrative through all stages of the sales cycle—from initial inquiry to final briefing—including RFP responses, oral presentations, and executive engagements. Deliver high-confidence estimates tied to measurable business impact across software, cloud, and licensing components.
Integrate AI capabilities such as agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model-enhanced applications into holistic solution designs. Package proven patterns and reference architectures based on market demand and real-world delivery insights.
Collaborate with Sales to refine deal strategy and qualification, align with Delivery Leaders to ensure feasibility and profitability, and support Product and Marketing teams in evolving go-to-market materials. Contribute to reusable frameworks, messaging, and pricing models that strengthen future pursuits.
Guide junior solution engineers and architects, sharing expertise and advancing technical storytelling across the organization.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting within IT services, SaaS, cloud, or AI-driven environments
- Proven track record influencing or closing multi-million-dollar services engagements
- Strong grasp of SDLC, cloud migrations, modernization, and infrastructure operations
- Experience designing solutions with AI integration, intelligent automation, or model-augmented applications
- Ability to create flexible pricing models—time & materials, fixed-bid, managed services, or outcome-based
- Excellent communication skills in English, with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Comfort working across global, distributed teams and multiple time zones
