Jobgether is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the full software development lifecycle of enterprise-grade products. You will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of new features, mentor junior engineers, and deliver scalable, maintainable software.

What You'll Do

Architect, design, and implement end-to-end user-facing features using modern Microsoft .NET technologies.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering peers to define and implement new functionality.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
Contribute to product decisions using a data-driven approach, including A/B testing and performance metrics.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to ensure alignment and clarity.
Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional software development experience in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
Expert-level proficiency with the Microsoft .NET stack, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, and SQL databases.
Strong ability to empathize with users and champion their experience in product design.
Familiarity with development tools such as Git, Visual Studio, JIRA, unit testing, debugging, and profiling.
B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and technical documentation ability.

Nice to Have

Front-end development experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Knockout.js.
Experience using data to inform product and development decisions; A/B testing experience preferred.
Experience in SaaS or enterprise product development with a focus on user-facing applications.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach engineering team members.
Knowledge of cloud-based services or modern deployment frameworks.
