Jobgether is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the full software development lifecycle of enterprise-grade products. You will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of new features, mentor junior engineers, and deliver scalable, maintainable software.
What You'll Do
- Architect, design, and implement end-to-end user-facing features using modern Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering peers to define and implement new functionality.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Contribute to product decisions using a data-driven approach, including A/B testing and performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with the Microsoft .NET stack, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, and SQL databases.
- Strong ability to empathize with users and champion their experience in product design.
- Familiarity with development tools such as Git, Visual Studio, JIRA, unit testing, debugging, and profiling.
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and technical documentation ability.
Nice to Have
- Front-end development experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Knockout.js.
- Experience using data to inform product and development decisions; A/B testing experience preferred.
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise product development with a focus on user-facing applications.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach engineering team members.
- Knowledge of cloud-based services or modern deployment frameworks.
