Aledade is looking for a Senior Software Engineer II to join our Front End engineering team. You will build and scale the user interfaces for our platform, which helps independent primary care practices succeed in value-based care.
What You'll Do
- Build, test, and deploy scalable, high-quality user interfaces
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to define and implement new features
- Contribute to technical design decisions and front-end architectural standards
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand)
- Experience building responsive web applications and working with RESTful APIs
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on product quality
Nice to Have
- Experience in the healthcare technology sector or with complex data visualization
- Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite) and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
