Join a stable and growing engineering team in Cluj-Napoca as a Software Development Engineer III focused on frontend development. You'll play a key role in evolving our web platforms by modernizing legacy applications—particularly those built with AngularJS—and implementing clean, maintainable code that enhances user experience across devices.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement frontend features that are performant, accessible, and consistent across browsers
- Refactor and upgrade existing applications with a focus on scalability and long-term maintainability
- Write structured, testable code using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Apply responsive design techniques with modern styling approaches such as Tailwind or CSS modules
- Use build tools like Webpack or Vite to optimize development workflows
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Take ownership of code quality through peer reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing
What We're Looking For
- At least five years of hands-on frontend development experience
- Strong grasp of core web technologies and browser behavior
- Experience maintaining or migrating AngularJS applications
- Familiarity with bundlers and module systems used in modern web development
- Ability to integrate AI-powered tools into daily coding tasks effectively
- A practical approach to solving technical challenges while balancing business needs
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
