Aledade is looking for a Senior Software Engineer I, Backend to contribute to the development of our core technology platform. You will play a key role in building scalable backend systems that support our mission in healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in system architecture discussions and design reviews
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and reliability issues
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C#)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with modern database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Proven ability to design and build distributed, scalable systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
