What You'll Do
- Develop fullstack solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks and server-side languages, focusing on clean, testable code
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs that support dynamic frontend experiences
- Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and support the growth of junior developers
- Collaborate with product teams and designers to deliver intuitive, user-centered features
- Optimize development workflows using Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to cloud infrastructure decisions using AWS, Azure, or containerized environments
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience building complex web applications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js) and frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Experience with at least one backend language like Python, Ruby, or Java
- Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases and microservices architecture
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Docker, and CI/CD tools (GitLab, GitHub)
- Fluency in German and English for cross-team collaboration and documentation
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous improvement
- Comfortable working in project-based teams with a customer-focused approach
