Join Voyage Privé as a Senior Software Engineer, embedded within one of our core product domains. You will design, build, and operate the software systems that power our high-traffic, business-critical travel experiences, owning them end-to-end and contributing directly to measurable business and customer outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Build high-impact, reliable, and scalable software solutions in a high-traffic environment, embedding AI-first capabilities.
- Break down complex problems into pragmatic solutions that deliver value quickly.
- Continuously improve system performance, maintainability, and reliability.
- Own systems end-to-end, taking responsibility for design, implementation, deployment, and production operations.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident resolution.
- Proactively identify technical debt and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure systems are observable, resilient, and ready to scale.
- Design robust and scalable architectures, contributing to decisions with a strong understanding of trade-offs.
- Design APIs and services that integrate smoothly within a complex travel ecosystem.
- Apply security-by-design principles to protect customers and business operations.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align technical decisions with business goals.
- Use data and feedback to validate impact and guide improvements.
- Enable experimentation, iteration, and continuous learning.
- Uphold high standards in code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Actively participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Help evolve engineering practices, tooling, and team maturity.
What We're Looking For
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in at least one modern programming language.
- Experience building and operating production systems.
- Solid understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and integrations.
- Awareness of performance, scalability, and security best practices.
- Comfortable with testing, version control, and CI/CD practices.
- Product-oriented mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong ownership, autonomy, and collaboration skills.
- Good communication in English and French.

You will be embedded in one of four product domains, working alongside Product Managers, Designers, Data, and Business stakeholders.
