Responsibilities
- Develop and refine core application features to improve user engagement
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to software quality standards
- Optimize application performance and reliability across platforms
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team technical growth
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
- Participate in architectural planning for scalable system design
- Integrate feedback from cross-functional stakeholders into development cycles
- Ensure compatibility across devices and operating environments
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems and workflows
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Experience with real-time audio or media processing systems
- Background in user-facing application development
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Contributions to open-source software projects
- Experience working in global or distributed teams
- Understanding of machine learning integration in software products
- Fluency in Japanese and English languages
