StubHub is looking for a Senior Software Engineer for its Buyer Pricing team to design and develop next-generation technologies and complex features. You will tackle significant, ambiguous challenges as a core contributor, bringing creative technical solutions to life on the StubHub platform.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain impactful improvements across all StubHub’s platforms and products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure best practices across our code.
- Manage individual initiative priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise.
- Mentor other team members to increase their technical capabilities and foster a culture of inclusion, results-oriented execution, open innovation, and creativity.
What We're Looking For
- 5-6+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Extensive experience developing robust systems using multiple front-end and back-end programming languages and frameworks.
- Previous experience designing and developing features for consumer-facing products.
- A strong understanding of how your systems interact with the broader production environment, including dependencies and platform primitives.
- Proven ability to learn other coding languages, platforms, frameworks, and tools.
- Experience owning projects from the initial idea all the way to production.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers.
