Join a growing team building the backbone of an AI assistant that helps developers understand and improve their subscription businesses. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing critical systems—including orchestration, context management, evaluation pipelines, and permissions frameworks—that power intelligent, autonomous agent behavior.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of a core component of the agent architecture, from design to deployment and ongoing reliability.
- Ship new agent-driven features used by tens of thousands of developers, ensuring performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across distributed systems, leveraging observability tools and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate on architectural decisions, write technical proposals, and guide the evolution of our agentic platform.
- Improve system resilience, reduce latency, and expand capabilities through infrastructure innovation.
- Support incident response as part of a shared on-call rotation and help strengthen operational practices.
- Mentor teammates and raise the engineering bar through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For
You have deep experience building backend systems that are robust, observable, and secure. You've worked hands-on with LLM-powered applications—not just prompts, but full-stack agent architectures involving tool integration, structured output parsing, and context orchestration. You thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and are self-driven in identifying problems and shipping solutions.
Comfort with remote collaboration, clear written communication, and open-ended technical challenges is essential. Experience with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, evaluation frameworks like Langfuse, or conversational interfaces is a strong plus. Familiarity with developer tools, subscription models, or app ecosystems adds valuable context.
This role is fully remote, with flexibility to work on your own schedule. You’ll be part of a culture that values ownership, continuous learning, and sustainable pace—where shipping meaningful work goes hand in hand with personal balance.
