What You'll Do
Develop and deploy multi-agent AI architectures that streamline key business operations in product development, content creation, and growth initiatives. You'll shape the logic, structure, and integration of intelligent systems that act autonomously across workflows. Your work will directly influence how AI drives efficiency and innovation across the organization.
Define input and output specifications, orchestrate agent interactions, and refine system behavior based on performance data and feedback. You'll iterate continuously to improve reliability, accuracy, and impact, ensuring solutions evolve with real-world use.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering with a track record of delivering functional systems
- Proven experience applying LLMs and AI tools in production environments, not just experimental or academic settings
- Ability to architect end-to-end workflows, including defining data contracts, processing logic, and error handling
- Experience connecting and managing interactions between internal tools and external services such as Notion, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills to decompose complex challenges into manageable components
- Comfort operating in fluid environments where requirements evolve and clarity emerges through iteration
- Skilled at rapid prototyping while maintaining a focus on long-term maintainability and performance
- Clear communication abilities, especially when working with non-technical partners to define needs and outcomes
