As an AI Product Engineer, you'll play a central role in building and deploying product features using AI-assisted development tools. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring that AI capabilities are effectively embedded into core systems to drive efficiency and innovation.
What You'll Do
- Develop and launch complete product features using AI-powered coding tools like Claude Code and AI agents
- Integrate generative AI, automation, and decision logic into internal tools and customer-facing systems
- Design robust workflows by defining inputs, outputs, and system behavior
- Connect and manage integrations with third-party services such as analytics platforms, CRM systems, and documentation tools like Notion
- Optimize development velocity and code quality through AI-driven automation and tooling improvements
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience as a Backend or Full-Stack engineer with a track record of owning and delivering production systems
- Proven hands-on experience applying LLMs and AI tools in real-world product environments
- Strong systems thinking and ability to decompose complex problems into structured, scalable solutions
- Experience designing end-to-end workflows and integrating multiple APIs and services
- Comfort operating in ambiguous settings with evolving requirements
- Ability to rapidly prototype and refine solutions while maintaining quality
- Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
